Overview Presentation

Teamwork CRM is the fifth product of the Teamwork platform. Although there are many CRM applications available in the market, Teamwork CRM is aimed to be the final piece of a product suite that supports Teamwork users from beginning to end. It is a simplified application that makes it easy for teams to see the big picture of their sales pipeline. And it has a clean and easy-to-use interface that allows anyone on the team to start using it, to go where they need to go, and do what they need to do.

Features, Benefits, Strengths

  • Sales Pipeline ManagementTeamwork CRM helps streamline the sales process by enabling users to easily organize and manage their deals. Multiple pipelines allow users to create and manage custom pipelines for processes, sales teams, markets, and others. A pipeline board view lets them get a clear overview of every stage of the pipeline, so the team can clearly spot blockages, bottlenecks, or opportunities. Other features include customizable pipleline stages, separate leads and opportunities, ability to sort and filter deals, deal auto-prioritization, activities, and product library.
  • Reporting and Forecasting – The customer relationship management application helps users monitor key metrics for a better understanding of sales team performance. Sales reporting enables them to see the bigger picture of how the team is performing using visual reports. It has forecasting features that can accurately predict future sales for a period of time, so users can focus on their pipeline. Stage probability lets them set a score for each stage of the pipeline that helps quantify the likelihood of closing a deal.
  • Contact Management, Integrations, and more – Teamwork CRM provides the single place to store and organize all prospect and customer contact information. Users can capture important details of contact persons in every company. They can store company information for deals and link it to contacts that they are interacting with in that business. Custom fields allow them to capture specific customer information and add those to contact and company forms. It integrates seamlessly with Teamwork Projects, Desk, and Chat, as well as with Gmail. It also has data import functionality, and is mobile device friendly.

Teamwork CRM’s Pro plan is priced at $8 per user per month billed annually ($10 per user monthly). For the Enterprise plan, contact the sales team to request a quote. A 30-day free trial period is also offered, so those interested can try for free first, and upgrade (or cancel) later.

Sean Ware stated that moving to Teamwork CRM made a positive difference in how they visualize, understand, and manage their sales process.

Why Teamwork CRM

Teamwork CRM recently launched in April 2019, but the Teamwork platform has been around since 2007. As a standalone product, it helps users improve their sales processes, which leads to company growth. As a CRM product in the Teamwork platform suite, it provides businesses a complete solution on a single platform to run their business from beginning to end.

Company Info

Teamwork CRM is the newest product of Teamwork, a privately held software company with headquarters in Cork, Ireland. It was founded in 2007 by Peter Coppinger and Daniel Mackey. The Teamwork team were using leading CRM software, but found them clunky, cumbersome, difficult to use, and not detailed enough in reporting. They knew they can build a better CRM, and when customers asked for it, they also realized it was the missing final product in their platform that can provide a single, end-to-end business solution for their customers.
