- Supports multiple PM processes, projects, and team collaboration – The software supports different agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban or any other custom process. It provides a flexible and visible way to follow whatever process the customer uses. It also supports multiple projects, so the user can see the different status of each project. Distributed teams can have a single place for all their conversations, documents, and files. Thus, project prioritization, meetings, and iterative development becomes easier.
- Provides status view, data analysis, and time tracking capabilities – TeamPulse has an Iteration Status Dashboard that can easily show the progress and health of every project. With its analytic tool, users are able to see what items are blocking their iterations, which ones are closer to completion, or whether it will be finished on time, early or late. It also has a People Status Dashboard to show the progress, activity, and workload of each team member in any project. It also has a timesheet to track logged time, billable time, non-billable time, or non-task related time.
- Integrates with TFS and extends features with a feedback portal ‚Äì The software can integrate with the source control features of Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server. Then, it can analyze check-in information to determine how this affects work items. It also supports Open Data Protocol to interface with many kinds of data sources such as relational database, file systems, CMS, and web sites. It also has an Ideas and Feedback web portal for managing input from customers. These are just some of the many features that the software offers.

The TeamPulse Starter Pack priced at 1499 USD includes a five-user license, the server software, support for unlimited number of projects, one year of customer support with a 48-hour response time, and one year of free upgrades. Additional user license costs $249 per user. The Ideas and Feedback Portal add-on costs an extra $2999 with an unlimited number of portals per server. Purchasing a license allows the user to use it perpetually without renewal costs. It offers a free 30-day hosted trial for users to evaluate without the need of installing it.
