- Project Planning and Monitoring – Sinnaps online project management provides users an easy and intuitive way to plan projects. They can create and drag activities directly into the plan. The application can automatically calculate the best work path. It also has an updated version of the Gantt chart called the Gantt-flow. Users can work on multiple projects simultaneously. Other features include real-time progress monitoring, delayed task and real cost overviews, assessment and recommendations based on project status, and others.
- Team Collaboration and Integrated Communication – The cloud-based solution has document management. Reports generated can be shared. It oversee versions and has permission controls. An integrated chat tool allows teams to communicate in all types of activities. Information is centrally kept and history can be reviewed. Other features include a notification system and unlimited invitations to new users.
- Automated Prioritization, Resource Optimization, Budget Management, and more – Sinnaps automatically organizes and prioritizes tasks using a rendering engine based on PERT and CPM. Users have the ability to group, filter and order sets of information to gain insight. It also has portfolio management feature. Resource management allows project managers to see how busy each member of the team is, and allows for adjustments based on availability. Costs and expenses of activities can be entered, and the application will calculate cost automatically. Other features include what-if scenarios for budgeting, standard process creation and reuse, and others. It also has a Sinnaps Academy for product tutorials, project management lessons, and more.

Sinnaps offer a freemium price model. The Free plan includes for up to 2 projects and 5 people. The Professional plan is priced at $9.95 per month billed on an annual basis. It includes every feature in the Free plan, but with unlimited projects and team size. Additional features include estimates and preview scenarios, project tracking, reports, roles and permissions management. The Business plan is priced at $17.95 per month billed on an annual basis. This includes everything in the Professional plan with additional enterprise features.

Sinnaps is a privately held computer software company based in Spain. It was founded in 2013 by Richard Balet. Richard was looking for a flexible tool that is capable of implementing modern predictive project management techniques. However, he did not find one available, and so, together with a group of engineers, they decided to build one. It is focused on providing tools and services that will enable users to optimize the management of their projects.
