Parolu is a cloud project management software that enables users to manage projects centrally and efficiently. Managing projects with team members who can be geographically distributed, with external partners and using different existing web applications can be a challenge that has the potential to cause issues and delay project delivery. Using email is inefficient, while switching back and forth from multiple applications can be confusing and may cause some important information to get isolated or worse, to completely get lost. parolu addresses these problems by becoming a powerful centralized tool enabling project teams and external partners to work together smoothly.
Features, Benefits, Strengths
- Project Tracking and Document Management – Parolu project management software has a default Dashboard view that provides instant information about projects and to-dos, team management and tracked hours. It has a clean interface that would require zero to minimum training for any user. Adding a project, labeling its status and setting a due date is very simple and quick to do. Adding a to-do or task is also easy. The whole team can work on a shared document and store it on the cloud where it is always accessible and safe.
- Team Collaboration and Activity Feed – This centralized project management tool makes it easy for users to invite and work with teams whether co-located or geographically distributed. Not limited to internal staff, project teams can invite and work with external partners, such as clients, vendors or other service providers. The project team stays on top of all that is happening for a particular project with real-time activity feeds neatly displayed on the right side of the page. Users can also opt to receive email and/or desktop notifications.
- Time Tracking, Contact Management, Integrations, Mobility, and more – parolu also enables project managers, team leads, and team members to monitor and track time spent on each project and export to file. Other information that can be tracked per user are duration, to-do, project and date. Collaboration on a project is also easier with a contact management feature that centralizes important information for all participants and stakeholders. It works well with Slack, and integrations with Trello, Dropbox, Google Drive, Zapier and more are coming soon. It is available at the Chrome Web Store, with native iOS and Android apps soon to be available.
Pricing
Parolu project management software is currently in beta phase and is free for its current version. After the beta, registered accounts will continue as a free plan. Fee-based plans after the beta phase include Lite at 4 euro per user per month. This includes dashboard, project, to-do, time tracker, calendar and contact management features with 3 GB of storage and 2 projects. The Pro plan at 8 euro per user per month has additional features such as External user, Documents, Integrations, Basic Billing, Project and File Archive, with 5 GB storage and 5 projects. The Business plan has the most advanced features at 14 euro per user per month and includes 10 GB storage and unlimited projects.
