- Home – Logging into Output Time launches this interactive dashboard. This easy to view page is a snapshot of your progress. The first graph is your total output hours. Next to that, see your time across projects. With one click, switch between the team and individual results. Even change the span of time and get results across weeks, months or quarters. By default, the dashboard shows tasks and progress across your portfolio. Again, all you need is one click to drill tasks down to project level.
- Tasks – Picking tasks from the sidebar offers two options. The first is “my tasks”. This opens a kanban style task board. See your task cards sorted by due date or status. Drag and drop them as your work progresses. The other option is a project task view. This Gantt Chart shows tasks, assignments and expected hours for completion. Again, all you need is a click to switch to other projects in your portfolio.
- Manage– The manage feature is a powerful tool for staying on target. The three levels provide simple access to projects, clients, and your team. From the project level, the cards provide a comparison of project forecast vs actual. This also shows you un-invoiced hours. Use the view option to see review the project. From this level, it’s a simple drag and drop to add files. With the client option, review your clients and what projects you are working on for them. Finally, the people option enables you to review your team. See who is on what project and adjust them as needs of the business dictate.
