You do not need to go through long email threads because you can attach files, images, and other project documents directly to the task, providing proper project context.
  • Project Templates, Time management Integration, and more – Hubstaff Tasks includes over 40 project templates to help set up the workflow and get the project started quickly. Whether it is designing a website, developing an app, managing social media content, or planning an event, you can use the templates to make sure you got the basics covered. You can also start from scratch, and get onboarding and other helpful resources. Sync it with Hubstaff time tracking app to get a more accurate view of your estimates, actuals, and make sure the bottom line stays positive.



Hubstaff Tasks has a free plan for up to 5 users. It includes for unlimited projects and 100MB user storage. The Premium plan is supposed to be $4 per user annually ($5 per user month-by-month), and is for teams with more than 5 users. It also includes for unlimited projects and a higher 5GB user storage. But because of an early pricing promo, the Premium plan is currently for free as well.

Hubstaff, or Netsoft Holdings, LLC, is a privately held computer software development company based in Fishers, IN, USA. It was founded in 2012 by Dave Nevogt and Jared Brown. When Dave left the mainstream workforce and started his own company, he built a remote team. To better manage this growing global team, they created Hubstaff. The beta product was launched in April 2013. Now, it is being used by over 10,000 teams across the globe. This May 2019, they publicly launched Hubstaff Tasks. Their team of veteran developers, marketers, and support professionals has now grown to 50, one team spread across 11 timezones, all working on the Hubstaff platform.
