Efforts can be viewed either in flat lists or in calendar layout. Users can also work from the email inbox and send, delegate, detail or attach files to tasks. It is simple to assign, reassign or auto-reassign tasks to people, and tasks can easily be filtered by person. They can also edit and comment on tasks with its inline editing feature, so there is no need to leave the dashboard. @Mentions alert particular people, and private lists limit the people who can view them.
- Depend on your App – Flow syncs tasks and lists so changes are viewed instantly by everybody. Soft delete allows users to recover tasks and lists if needed. Drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to reschedule tasks in calendar view. It has native apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Mac, with responsive design to naturally adjust to any browser window size, and is compliant with retina displays. It is built for speed and fluidity, with automatic backups, high data security, and live human support that will respond in a few hours.

Flow online task management offers several plans to fit different team requirements. Prices correspond to billing charged annually. The Basic plan includes for 2 people, 1 workspace, and 1 GB storage at an equivalent $19 per month when billed annually. The Studio plan at $29 includes for 5 people, 2 workspaces, and 5 GB storage. It also has the Team plan for up to 10 people, the Business plan for up to 25 people, and the Corporate plan for up to 50 people. An Enterprise plan for bigger requirements is also available at custom pricing. The application can be tried for free for 30 days.

Company Info
Flow is created by MetaLab, a privately held digital design and development company that is based in Victoria, BC, Canada. It was founded in 2006 by Andrew Wilkinson who is the CEO of the company. It has designed and developed apps, products, themes and services for many companies and sites. In 2011, MetaLab launched Flow as an alternative to other task management applications that are either too complex or too simple. They built it originally for themselves because they got frustrated of having to use several different applications to manage their workflow. It was a huge success as a year later, Andrew announced that Flow is bringing in $500,000 in recurring revenue and still growing. MetaLab’s other products include business management app Ballpark, team reporting Peak, and themes developer Pixel Union.
