Users can add to the base module a recruitment/ATS module to simplify their recruitment process. They can also add a payroll module with automatic calculations and deductions, pay schedule, paycheck processing, compliance reports, and payroll data reports with multi-currency option. It works with many accounting and finance systems that include QuickBooks, Xero, Freshbooks, SurePayroll, Paychex, and PeachTree. Pricing

WebHR is subscription-based software with per user pricing on a monthly or yearly billing. For the Base HR modules, with a minimum of 5 employees at $2 per employee per month paid yearly (or $3 per employee monthly), the rate per user decreases as the number of user increases.
