Infinity is a flexible project management tool that gives users the capacity to customize and organize anything. It provides them with four levels of organization to allow users to work in whatever way they want. From the top most workspaces, down to the fundamental work units, they can customize it and use a variety of views, custom fields, filters, and more. It is easy to use with drag-and-drop technology, and highly visual, enabling teams to coordinate their workflows from a single point.

Features, Benefits, Strengths

  • Ultra Flexible – Infinity allows users to create the exact app they need by allowing customizations. They can create the structure of their workflow from the very start with four levels of organizations. A Workspace can include all the projects and data to be organized and managed. The Boards are the next level after a Workspace. They can be used to organize the sections within a Workspace. Boards can be created for each department, client, or project. Inside a Board, users can create Folders that can help classify items within a board. It segments a Board and allows for easier navigation. Sub-folders within a folder can also be created. At the fundamental unit is an item. They can be tasks, meetings, events, and others, customizable with a variety of attributes or custom fields.
  • Multiple Views – The project management software gives users several view options for the items they organize. Available views include Kanban board view, List view, Table view, and Calendar view. These views enable different teams to choose the best view for their workflow. Therefore, the product development team can use Kanban to show their roadmap, the marketing team can use table view for their content calendar, project management can use a list view for their task lists, and so on.
  • Easy-to-use, Templates, Community, and more – Infinity uses drag and drop technology that makes it easy for any user to get started. It also has other tools such as filters to help see only the items they want to see, groupings according to paramenters such as checkbox, members, labels, and date, show/hide control of display, tabs, overview, and more. It also has pre-built templates to help users start quickly. Templates for product development, project management, marketing, events, HR, and sales categories are available. Infinity is also largely shaped by its community, so requests for features, product integrations, and others can be easily made at the website.
