- Task and Project Management – IC Project has a job management tool that enables users to have systematic control of tasks. A list presents jobs in two groups: those assigned to the user, and those assigned by the user. Users can easily manage projects with plans and task groups. They are able to have project overview at a glance, so that they are able to evaluate the state of the project as well as incurred costs in readable layouts. It has a Kanban view that allows for simpler management of tasks, task groups, and workflow. Every user also has a dashboard that they can configure with a wide selection of widgets.
- Communication and Collaboration – This project management software has a built-in calendar where users can schedule events and meetings. Tasks with set deadlines are visible on the calendar, which also supports integration with Google Calendar and iCal. An activity stream informs every one concerned about important events. The stream is configurable with permissions to display information only to targeted recipients. Notifications are also issued by email, configurable on global settings or on a per-project basis. Configurable reports based on certain criteria can be collated and automatically sent out at arranged time periods. A built-in messaging tool allows for conversations tied contextually to projects. Internal and external partners can collaborate, where they can attach files, have multi-user chats and receive email notifications.
- Users management, Vacations, and CRM – Other features of IC Project include a users management where project managers and employees can log work time with a clock. Resources such as machines, commodities and materials can also be logged for its use. It also has a vacations module for easy submission and approval of requests. Absences due to vacations, medical leaves and others can be included in the resource reports. In addition, the software has its own CRM module for gathering and processing of client information.
IC Project offers a free plan and several premium plans. All plans include unlimited projects and most features but varies in the number of user, storage space and support. The Startup plan is for free and includes for 3 users, 500 Mb storage but without email support. On the higher end, the Medium plan priced at 49 euros per month billed annually (or 99 euros monthly) includes for 50 users, 20 Gb storage, and email support. A 30-day free trial period is offered.
