Users can create lead classifications to best meet their needs, such as by source or type of structure. Teams can track lead status on the Bid Calendar and through user-defined stages. The Lead to Project wizard automatically transfers all related information to the project management and accounting team. Other features include lead analytics, a flexible cost database, drawings and specs management, a document viewer, an annotation tool, estimates, Invitation to Bid, integrated RFP packages, and TeamLink Portal for collaboration.Project Management
Corecon provides project management features accessible from the field and the office. Multiple correspondence tools enable users to communicate issues, journals, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals. It supports file attachments and linking to specific project correspondence. Users can also send emails directly from the software using pre-built or custom templates. The Project Calendar reminders and due dates will alert users of important activities or milestones. Other project management features are project photos with shareable albums, daily logs, meeting minutes, and work orders. It also has a powerful search, customizable detail and log style reports, quality control and safety, to-do’s, Kanban views, multiple schedule tracking, schedule importer, calendar filtering by project, module, or user, and secure collaboration with granular access rights. Setup wizards for contract and procurement eliminate error-prone duplicate data entry by automatically transferring details like estimates to project financial modules. Teams can create more than one client contract per job, select from different contract types, track four types of budgets per contract, choose from multiple status options, and create workflow rules. It also has modules for client and subcontractor change management to manage change proposal requests, change orders, and subcontractor change orders. Corecon’s has a separate procurement process for suppliers and subcontractors. Other features include client and subs progress invoices, timecards and time tracking, equipment tracking, financial analytics, and integration to accounting tools like QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, and Xero.
