It can be through a landline, a mobile phone or a web browser. Clocking in takes only 30 seconds or less. The system is able to track information such as GPS or IP address so that users know where their employees are clocking in. A simple and clean interface allows users to see a real-time feed of the tasks that employees are working on. At the same time, employees see their work hours and how their time is being calculated for their pay. Other features include job codes for a more detailed breakdown of tasks and costs. A calendar view also shows employees scheduled to work for each day. Other features include an audit trail for all changes, edits or deletes in a timesheet, by whom and when. The software also allows manual time entry, sending messages to employee within the app, time off and timesheet edit requests, tracking of deductions and reimbursements, and other features, all within secured communications using SSL.
Pricing
Clockspot uses two simple pricing plans. All plans are per user, per month, and includes for web and mobile clocking, reporting, bank-grade security, and email and chat support. The Standard plan starts at $5 per user, a $10 base fee, and $0.05 per dial in using the toll-free number. The Premium plan suited for larger companies starts at $8 per user, $20 base fee, unlimited toll-free clocking, and includes user groups and live phone support. A free 15-day trial period is offered.
