Collaboration software as a category has revolutionized every aspect of work in general (and project management, specifically) in that it can largely eliminate much of the dark work that creates needless team friction. In the realm of hardware? It’s got to be a book—the actual paper kind. No batteries, no buffering, no complicated user manuals. The one technology that will outlive us all and teach us along the way.
