  • Multiple project views – Infolio gives users the choice to view their projects in different perspectives without having to switch between software. You can also create a team view and group tasks per assignee to instantly know who is doing what.
  • Rich task details – The task management software allows users to enter data for helping the project proceed at a smooth pace. Use tags for quick identification, add attachments, break large tasks into subtasks, or give them to multiple assignees. As your project and team get bigger, the software keeps up with you via tools to make work easier. Filter with advanced parameters to quickly find the tasks with unread comments or direct mentions. Filter also by status, team members, project lists, or combine several filters. It also has a powerful search that allows for filtered results.
  • Smart collaboration spaces – Infolio provides users large virtual boards to arrange content such as photos, documents, and links, as project reference, marketing collateral, or a brainstorming space for the team. Quick add buttons let you add notes, tasks, labels, links, or files. Drag and drop items to move them around and resize widgets. A mini map and zoom controls helps guide you within the canvas. You can also choose a grid view that automatically organizes widgets by itself. For added collaboration, a dedicated chat room is included for every project.


Infolio offers two simple pricing plans: a free Standard plan and a paid Professional plan. The Standard plan includes the same features as the Premium plan, but with less storage of 1GB. The Professional plan includes 50GB storage as well as priority support and personal onboarding.
