HeySpace is a free online task management software with built-in chat. It is a tool for fast communication and easy collaboration. Users can create tasks based on their conversations. Moving a card across different lists or work stages is easy with drag and drop. Bulk actions are available to save time on multiple edits or changes.
  • Centralized Notification, Task Importing, Filters, Searches, and more ‚Äì HeySpace provides smooth and seamless transitions between conversations and task management. A notification center informs users of updates on tasks and comments, so they always know if people read their messages, if they replied, or if tasks are completed. Badges, push notification and email notification are some of the tools to inform the team. Users can import tasks from Trello, JIRA, Wrike, or todoist. They can apply filters to customize views, and search for work items across boards.
