  • Real-time Messaging, File Sharing ‚Äì The platform provides a built-in collaboration workspace where users can chat in real-time, build chat groups, or chat within a project group. Also, users can upload files within any of the chat, making it easy for work collaboration. Users can also have a video conference call. Joining is as simple as clicking a link. The file sharing capabilities of the platform allow users to upload from their computers, or other online storage apps, view them and share with others. In preview mode, they can download, share, rename and delete the file. Users can also post comments, use @mentions, or make a search.
  • Integrations, PA, Mobility, Security and more ‚Äì Gridle works well with other 3rd party applications that users are already using. They can get files from Dropbox, Google Drive, or MS OneDrive. The team productivity software also works with Google Calendar, GitHub, Slack, Zendesk, and more. It also has a personal assistant called Alfred that arranges a daily agenda. Users can use the software across mobile devices, too. Security is given primary importance, and includes 128 bit SSL encryption, regular audits, backups, and infrastructure redundancies. Support is 24×7 all year round, with instant replies on Twitter.

Pricing

Gridle offers a simple freemium plan. A forever free plan includes for up to 5 users. The Enterprise plan is priced at $5 per user per month, with 20 percent extra credits if paid annually. All plans include task and project management features, chat, file sharing, calendar, integrations, personal assistant, and admin controls. The Enterprise plan also includes priority support and unlimited users. Startups, non-profits and colleges can avail of special credits. A 15-day free trial is also available.
