- Archipad Cloud at the Office – Archipad is an online solution fully compatible with major web browsers. The web interface allows users to access, manage and work on projects with any desktop computer. At the office, they can create projects, update plans, and share them with the rest of the team. They can edit observations and add comments. They can add documents from the local drive or import from online storage apps such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and OneDrive, among others. It is compatible with BIM plans, PDF, DWF, DWFx formats, and has version management.
- Archipad App in the Field – From the office to the site, users can track issues, add photos, log position issues directly on a plan using BIM data. They can do all of these using their Apple tablets such as the iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Air, or iPad Pro. Compatibility with mobile iOS devices allow them to track progress, use dashboards for observation status, progression and distribution of observations. Moreover, they can generate high quality reports in PDF format that include plans, remarks, issues, contact information, photos and documents. They can share these directly from the site or anywhere in the field.
- Archipad Mobi for Subcontractors – Collaboration is quick and easy with a special module for subcontractors and external partners. Users will be able to track progress and be notified about changes no matter where they are. They are able to manage project access privileges, convene meetings, manage attendees, and create meeting minutes.
Pricing
Archipad offers two simple options. A Free plan includes the Archipad Cloud and App modules, versioning for plans, cloud backup, and phone and email support. The Premium plan at 39,90 euro per user per month on a yearly subscription, or 45 euro per user on a month-to-month subscription, includes all Free features, plus Archipad Mobi, report templates, report sharing, team work, access privilege management, and workflow. All plans include for unlimited projects, meeting minutes, and reports.
