Procore construction project management software uses a simple flat-rate price for an annual access agreement. That price will be determined by the software company by first determining how the customer intends to use it. Price depends on several factors, including the number of projects anticipated, size of the project team and the value of the construction projects. Once this price is quoted, it will be a fixed cost for the entire year without any additional charges.
