MeisterTask offers Kanban-style project boards that are fully customizable for a variety of workflows. The boards include unlimited sections that users can collapse or expand. Filtering by assignee, tag, status, and due date is possible, as well as viewing a project in a Gantt-like timeline view. Users can automate repeating steps to increase efficiency, set up a template for recurring tasks, and place work-in-progress (WIP) limits to drive focus and increase velocity.
Task management features include appointing responsible persons for tasks as Assignees and keeping others in the loop as Watchers. Tasks can have due dates, task relationships, multiple checklists, attachments, and tags to help organize by priority, category, client, and more. Users can also add custom fields to tasks to include more information.
