Gantter is a cloud-based project management and scheduling software that seamlessly integrates with Google. It offers the same functions as other popular desktop scheduling applications but with the convenience of accessing it with a browser and storing files centrally. Users who are familiar and have used Microsoft Project can easily migrate to the application and import their existing MS Project files.

  • Seamless Google Integration – The project management and scheduling software integrates with Google Drive and G Suite. The UI is designed to have a native Google look and feel. They can open and save Gantter files to Google Drive, and link files to tasks. It has bi-directional Google Calendar integration, and users can easily initiate Hangouts for communication. Other features include automatically adding G Suite user into the schedule, and auto-filter by G Suite domain.
  • Community-powered Support, Collaboration – Gantter uses a community-powered Suggest and Assist engine to help users for any question and suggestion regarding their project. Currently, it has 2 million users in its community that can be tapped for help and assistance. Also, they can make use of scheduling templates contributed by the community, so they do not have to start their project from scratch. It supports multi-party real-time editing, and users can also add comments to their Google Drive files for easy collaboration. Notifications automatically go out, and activity stream in Drive shows all comments.
