Instead of manually delegating the request to a team who needs to create a project again and again, Wrike users can now focus on getting an overview of the project’s status through a shared interactive report. Users can visibly track it with green, yellow and red status indicators.
Dynamic Request Forms
Following the release of the said enhancement, Wrike also announced the availability of dynamic request forms. This latest feature allows users to capture an initial customer response with a dropdown field. Based on this choice, users can display additional appropriate pages and questions for the targeted requirement. For instance, customers request marketing campaigns from the team. However, some need email campaigns, while others need social campaigns. Based on the choice from the initial dropdown field, additional pages will be displayed to capture their particular campaign requirements. This branching process results in fewer forms to manage. Also, customers need to answer only the questions relevant to their needs.
