Training in project management is very important. Nowadays, to advance in one’s PM career, both new and veteran practitioners are expected to have a professional certification in addition to their academic and experiential achievements. In big, global projects, this certification is required from the start, even before an interview, so that the employer can have a measure of the knowledge and competency of the project manager. Project managers should have the right qualifications, having the vision, aptitude, leadership and management skills to start and finish the projects that will deliver real results and realizable business value. For PM training, Learning Tree International has been providing its participants effective training that has made it a trusted education provider.
