Employees can view and track leave balances and directly apply for leaves. Admins can review and approve requests online. Other features include timesheets, appraisals, and employee record management. It also has modules for recruitment and on-boarding, and HR dashboards and reports.
Social Workspace Platform – Going beyond HR concerns, the software addresses human capital management by creating a platform where employees can connect to be motivated, stay engaged, and be empowered in the workplace. It has a social portal where everyone at work can easily communicate and interact. The software has a built-in chat/instant messenger tool for today’s digital workers. They are able to inform, inquire and respond in real-time. The platform also allows for organization-wide broadcasts and announcements for quick dissemination of information.
Project Management, Scheduler, Client Support, and more – KonnectCo is a collaboration system that has other support features. The project management module enables users to plan, assign, track and manage projects and tasks. Moreover, it documents the project timeline with all the updates, discussions, documents, milestones and other relevant information available from a central place. The contracts management module allows users to access and manage clients, contracts and their billing information.
