ento logoOverview Presentation

Ento is a web-based employee scheduling and workforce management software. It is an easy-to-use software for managers who need a flexible scheduling and attendance application. Companies who employ part-time or casual employees can have a difficult time organizing and managing shifts to make sure that there is always someone who will cover a shift and do the work. Posting a schedule of some sort on a board or even using a spreadsheet is a poor way to manage employee schedules or a business in general. Switching to a cloud employee scheduling software not only saves time but also allows for efficient resource management and schedule planning.

Features, Benefits, Strengths

  • Employee Scheduling and Workforce Management ‚Äì Ento web-based software enables users to spend less time scheduling employees with templates and drag-and drop technology. Users can build schedules quickly and easily with the system’s automatic calculations of labor costs. It provides warnings, allows notes, and can even send employees emails or SMS to acknowledge their shifts. Several views are available to make sure all shifts are covered and evenly distributed among employees. It is powerfully designed and built to cater to large head count of up to thousands. It also provides real time cost reports and insights with up to five levels of management and reporting hierarchy configurable for the user.
  • Time Tracking and Vacation Management ‚Äì This employee scheduling software also allows for precise time capturing and tracking using a time clock app that uses facial recognition technology. Businesses that do not have a headquarters can use its GPS-tagged time-in feature. Employees can managed their timesheets using their iOS and Android devices. Also, managers can control who can adjust timesheets, which can also be exported as needed. It also enables users to have better control of managing and tracking vacation requests and unavailabilities. It has the tools to handle the full lifecycle of vacations, from requests to accruals to payroll exports.
  • Team Communication, Employee Area, Payroll Integration and more ‚Äì Ento workforce management software also has the ability to broadcast messages via email or SMS to ensure that communication is clear with everyone. It also allows for collaboration such as document sharing and general discussion. Employees have access to their schedules through their mobile devices which they can in turn sync with their calendar. They can even arrange their own shift changes. Requests, approval and confirmation are all pre-checked and automated. In a click of a button, timesheets can be integrated with payroll, accounting, and HR applications and services such as Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB and others.
