Testimonials
Chris Carpenter stated because of limitations of a legacy request management software, they needed a way to effectively streamline and simplify their IS systems development process to help improve its ability to deliver projects and act on requests more efficiently. With Clarizen, they were able to reduce request types from 9 to 3, and the project management tool helped them greatly streamline the workflow required to initiate a request. He further stated that they have been able to reduce the time for auditing and compliance by nearly 75 percent, saving more than 700 hours per year.
Debbie Collins stated that before implementing Clarizen, they were looking for a better way to close the gap between their internal business partners and customers. She and her team implemented the PM tool over a 5-month period. Now, when they deliver a presentation, customers immediately see that they have control of the situation for them. The software also allowed Collins to demonstrate visibility and transparency, which builds trust and long relationship.
