By the end of the Prep for PMP course, students would have listened to over 93 lectures and 20.5 hours of content. They can discuss confidently what is contained in the PMBOK 5th Edition. They fully understand the PM process and all the knowledge areas, which they can explain. They have memorized the formulas for earned value management and would be able to calculate float for project network diagrams.
