In a recent survey of 1800 project management professionals from over a dozen industries in the US, the findings showed that there is an increasing talent drain at the senior project manager level in commercial and government organizations. The survey also revealed that the cost of hiring is higher than the cost of developing talent from within. Furthermore, training return-on-investment ranges from 268 percent to 501 percent, depending on the level of the project professional. It is therefore wise to invest in the training and development of project managers, and Strategy Execution is a great partner to make this happen.

Introducing Strategy Execution

It offers Associate’s and Master’s level certificate programs in partnership with The George Washington University.
