Overview Presentation

Ora is a cloud-based task and project management application. It is flexibly designed to be a team workspace and command center. The application provides several views for different kinds of projects and teams. Therefore, switching between apps will be eliminated. Users will be able to configure the software to fit their business and project needs, and not the other way around.

Features, Benefits, Strengths

  • Task and Project Management ‚Äì Ora is a powerful task manager that provides users a simple interface but powerful features. They can start with a simple task list but easily transform to a Kanban board. Thus, users can track tasks and to-dos as well as cards and how these progress through the workflow. Cards can include subtasks, file attachments, assignee, due dates, labels, milestones and task relations. A user’s My Tasks view organizes all tasks assigned to that particular user, even tasks assigned outside the PM application. Bulk actions such as multiple selects and powerful search are also available.
  • Time-tracking and Collaboration ‚Äì The application also tracks the time of tasks and other activities, so that teams are updated and on the same page of every project. It can be used for issue tracking, providing insight on how much time is spent on a particular issue. Cards can include comments, @mentions and notifications to facilitate smooth and clear communication within the team. Observer members, such as external partners, with limited rights can also post comments and provide feedback. Teams can also embed project timelines in websites so clients can get automatic updates of the project’s progress at a glance.Users can import cards from Trello and receive alerts from Slack.
  • Upcoming features ‚Äì Ora recently launched and is in early access mode. Features that are being worked on and will soon be included in later releases are active syncs, team chats, 3rd party integrations, mobile and desktop apps, and more.
