  • Discover – Craft provides a set of tools that allow users to listen to their customers and prospects to know what matters most to them. An Idea Portal enables them to gather ideas in an engaging and empowering way. They can include ideas and feature requests coming from within and outside the organization, and see votes and comments to know their thoughts. They can capture feedback from sales and support, from other channels such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom, of from a shared form that users can complete. The platform also allows users to tag and sort ideas, and send them to planning boards. They can also enter product vision, personas, competitors, goals, initiatives, and OKRs, to ensure strategy connects with business goals.
  • Plan – The product management software gives users all the information they need to make informed product decisions. It has an intuitive Feature Editor where users can easily define everything to make a great product. It has epics, features, stories, and more. They can attach designs and documents, and keep everyone updated. Smart scoring enables users to prioritize which work to focus on, and accommodate constraints. They can use the preferred view of their choice: story mapping, spreadsheet, table, Kanban, or timeline view.
  • Engage, Roadmap, Integrate, and more – Craft lets users create and share beautiful roadmaps with the level of detail they want. They can share them via PDF or a live link. It sends email notification automatically of a colleague’s activity such as completion, a new comment, and others. Everyone involved in the creation, voting, or commenting of an idea that has become live will also get an email notification. Roadmaps can be set in a timeline view or with side-by-side columns. Swimlanes can be used to create parallel roadmaps. Other features include drag-and-drop functionality, milestones, dateless mode, visual customization, and more. It also integrates with Jira, Azure, Intercom, Zendesk, GitHub, Pivotal Tracker, and other apps.

Craft offers several plans. The Essential plan priced at $39 per user per month billed annually is ideal for small companies and product teams. It includes unlimited products, story mapping, Kanban board, product roadmap builder, integration with dev tools, and others. The Pro plan at $89 per user per month billed annually is for mid-sized companies. It includes all Essential plan features plus unlimited contributors and viewers, Idea Portal, LiveShare, and integration with CRM tools.
