They can make use of a portal to manage their construction projects. From the portal they can manage their contact information, view documents, and review costs and finances. The software makes it easy for both homeowners and construction professionals to use what they need to manage in their projects.
  • Integrated, Multi-platform System ‚Äì This construction project management application includes several features that allow users to manage most of their projects and processes using a single tool. Features include management of project sites, to-dos, change orders, and warranty services. The software also has features for leads management, quotes, agreements, invoices, payments, taxes, and documents. For enterprises, users can also manage their employees’ recruitment, attendance, performance, and leaves. They can access the cloud-based application in different devices, such as desktop, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Collaborative and Secure ‚Äì Consysa allows for the collaboration of users and external partners with its own chat, email, and web conference tools. Communication stays secure with encryption of files and firewall on cloud storage. Users can manage their folders, and the database is automatically backed up. On-premise hosting is also an option.

Pricing

Consysa offers a forever free plan included for up to 10 users and 50MB of storage. The Starter plan at $29.99 per month already includes unlimited users, initial 1 GB storage, and email support. A unique Lifetime subscription plan is also offered at $995 or 5 monthly payments of $199. All plans include for unlimited projects. Customized plans with negotiable price is also available. The licenses for the free plans are limited.
