Case Studies

Ryan Jenkins is the project supervisor of a custom home construction company based in Sydney. With the goal of providing high-end, quality work for all clients, the company measures its success by making sure clients as well as next-door neighbors are happy. When tracking projects in Excel is not feasible anymore, the company chose Buildertrend to provide information for all of their jobs in one place with access for those involved. Features such as Schedule, To-Do’s, and Customer Portal now enable Ryan’s team to manage up to 8 projects simultaneously.

Matthew Krueger and Michael Krueger are brothers and co-owners of a Colorado Springs specialty contracting company that started in roofing. As more referrals came, clients also requested additional services outside of roofing jobs. As the owners and their team learn and train to expand their services, they also began looking for a system to manage a broadening list of projects. Buildertrend and its built-in features of payment processing, daily logs, and change orders provide online payment processing and real-time communication that makes the company more efficient.
