  • Core HR – WebHR includes base modules that allow companies to manage employee information in an easy, accessible, and social way. It provides an employee database, dynamic dashboards, comprehensive reports, communication tools, and document storage. The software includes a time & attendance module with built-in timesheet, mobile device attendance, and time clock kiosk features. It generates timesheet reports, allows entries for breaks, and has GPS, geo-fencing, leaves, PTO, and calendar tools. The Core HR also includes onboarding/offboarding and employee self-service features.
  • Modular design – The cloud HR software is modular so that companies can add needed functionality as they grow and scale their business. Users can add to the base module a recruitment/ATS module to simplify their recruitment process. It interfaces with job portals and recruitment sites, provides a recruitment dashboard, and includes a screening summary and reports. They can also add a payroll module with automatic calculations and deductions, pay schedule, paycheck processing, compliance reports, and payroll data reports with multi-currency option. Other modules available are benefits, performance, e-signature, scheduler, goals, forms, surverys, biometrics, trainings, background check, HR letters, e-track, visitors, and assets.
  • Integrations and mobile – Although WebHR provides a comprehensive HR solution, it can also integrate with other cloud services and applications for a unified business solution. It integrates with many popular apps such as G Suite, Microsoft, Asana, Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, JobInventory, Neuvoo, and MyJobHelper. It works with many accounting and finance systems that include QuickBooks, Xero, Freshbooks, SurePayroll, Paychex, and PeachTree. The cloud HR software also integrates with Bitium, OneLogin, Zapier, Uber, and AI systems such as Alexa and Cortana. It has native iOS and Android apps for easy mobile access of its features.

Pricing

WebHR is subscription-based software with per user pricing on a monthly or yearly billing. For the Base HR modules, with a minimum of 5 employees at $2 per employee per month paid yearly (or $3 per employee monthly), the rate per user decreases as the number of user increases.
