  • Time Tracking and Reports – Trackabi time tracking and leave planning software allows users to track time with a timer or manually. They can manually log time spent on various tasks, and edit time logs of personal and company data. It has logged and billable time fields for managers, as well as custom time types and time log fields. It can generate time reports based on the time log. Users have several options to configure the reports, and export the reports in PDF or Excel format, or share them via a link.
  • Leave Planning and Human Resources – The online time tracking tool also has leave planning features, such as a personal leave schedule page where the user can create a new leave request. A company leave schedule view is available, where leave approvals can be viewed and processed. Managers can create and manage custom leave types available for employees. Users can create teams and assign the teams to projects. A directory to manage current and former employees is also available. User roles can be assigned to employees to manage access to various sections of the account.
  • Clients and Projects, Data Import, and more – Trackabi allows users to create client directories with client information and client users. They can be allowed to access data prepared for them. Personal private dashboards that show summaries for personal time logged, leaves and recent projects, as well as company dashboards that show summaries for employees, projects and clients are available. It can also get data from Git and convert them into time log entries from apps such as GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket. The software can also import time entries from Toggl and Harvest apps.

Pricing

Trackabi offers several plans. All features, such as time tracking, leave planning, personal and company dashboards, time reports, configurable user roles, and teams management, among others, are included in every plan. The free Starter plan is for up to 5 users per company, one company per account, up to 30 active projects, 10 active clients, 3 user roles, and 3 teams. The Business plan is priced at $16 per month for 5 users billed annually, or $192 annually, (or $20 for 5 users month-by-month). It includes higher limits such as up to 50 users. The Business plan is at $20 per month for 5 users paid annually, or $240 annually. It includes up to 100 users, and other higher limits. A free 30-day trial of the paid plans is also available.
