Proggio : Features and Strengths

Project and Task Management

Proggio project management provides a modern alternative to a Gantt chart with a project map. It is an interactive, highly visual, and presentation-ready view of the project timeline. Users can also switch between map, cards, board, list, and budget view. They can directly update a project timeline, progress, dependency, and deadlines within the map. To organize and break down the project further, users can add workstreams, sub-workstreams, and milestones. Adding a dependency is simple as connecting blocks with connectors. Users can manage tasks using a list, card (tiles), or board view. Other features include filters, saved views, favorites, automated tracking, team communication, and collaboration.

Portfolio and Resource Management

The project portfolio timeline provides a high-level view to visually present a portfolio status. It shows all active projects in a timeline, with planned start and end dates, and the current date. Users can drill one level down and make changes or report progress. They can also switch to a card, board, or list view of the portfolio. Proggio supports resource management by resource listing or team loading, where users can invite and add resources as well as their capacity, skills, and availability. Users can then assign resources to activities and tasks at any percentage of the duration of the task. The software also performs automated resource leveling calculations.

Project Workflows, Prioritization, Customization, and More

Proggio lets users customize project workflow stages to fit the organization’s requirements. Users can define the actions required to move projects between stages, such as completion of documents or tasks. They can also automatically implement prioritization by defining business drivers and their corresponding weight, impact statements and grades, rating values, and ranking. Other features include mobile app, dynamic project portfolio view, dynamic project view, checklists, shared customized spaces, time and budget tracking, and integrations. Back to top
