  • Project Management – OneDesk lets you create tasks, assign them, and track their progress using a list view or a board view. Drag and drop any item or project to change its order or status. A built-in Gantt chart with dependency and critical path features allow you to create links, constrain dates, and generate schedules automatically. Track project progress as well as actual work hours with timesheets and task timers. The integrated solution lets you view tasks and issues together. Customize views and dashboards. Dashboards and charts can show information at different levels—from individual projects to multiple portfolios. Other features include shareable projects, report templates, custom and scheduled reports, and real-time threaded discussion and notifications.
  • Helpdesk – OneDesk enables users to manage tickets, assign them, and respond to customers with an integrated live chat from a single application. It can create tickets automatically from email, capture attachments, and create new customer records. A customer support web portal provides a place to submit tickets, track progress, and communicate with support agents. Other features include ability to automate workflow and repetitive tasks, powerful filtering and grouping, and real-time dashboards and reports that can be exported in PDF or Excel formats.
  • Customer-facing Apps, Mobile Access, Integrations, and more – The integrated helpdesk and PM tool is easy to integrate with a short Javascript code. The floating button can be accessed by the customer to initiate a live chat that also sends email to support agents to make sure no messages are missed. From the customer portal, your clients can submit tickets, search, filter, and edit details. You can create custom forms, set up a knowledge base, and customize with multiple configuration options. The software has native apps for iOS and Android platform to easily create and view tickets and tasks, log time, chat, and get notified. The software integrates with hundreds of web apps such as FreshBooks, Dropbox, Box, Mailchimp, Slack, Azure Active Directory, QuickBooks, Zapier, and WordPress.

What is the Pricing of OneDesk?

OneDesk has a simple pricing scheme that is based on a multi-user plan, not a per user plan. Users have a choice to pay monthly or annually in advance. Annual payments include two months free. They can also upgrade plans from inside OneDesk at any time if more users are needed. All plans include all features, unlimited projects, and unlimited customers. Customers differ from users in that customers are the clients being served by the users who pay for the software subscription. Customers do not need access to OneDesk. A 14-day free trial is available.
