Collaboration and Contact Center

Bitrix24 provides a virtual workspace for distributed and remote teams with communication and collaboration tools. Up to 48 participants can hold video conference calls. It also has a chat tool, online time clock, a collaborative online document, cloud storage, work reports, and flexible calendars that sync with other calendar programs.

Aside from internal team communication, the Contact Center feature allows users to communicate with clients. It is a central hub for all social media channels so users do not have to switch between Bitrix24 and other social platforms.
