Curriculum/Chapters
Agile and Scrum Basics is divided into 6 sections. The first section is a short introduction of less than 2 minutes of video. It also contains 18 pages of the Course Workbook that needs to be printed. Section 2 discusses the Agile Manifesto while Section 3 details the important values that guides those who use Scrum. The fourth section presents the Scrum Framework, the fifth section details the 3 roles and its corresponding responsibilities, and the last section contains a 10-questionnaire quiz, suggestions for further learning and an evaluation.

She has been using agile techniques since 2002, has been coaching agile teams and individuals since 2008, and has co-authored several books under the Growing Agile series.
