1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Training Course

The Project Management Institute’s PMP Credential certifies that a project manager is a professional that has the education, skills, and experience to lead any industry project known to man. PMP certification is most coveted by project managers, and is recognized internationally. Employers with critical projects seek out PMP-certified project managers.

2. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Training Course

Project managers start their careers somewhere, and those without enough experience for a full-blown PMP Certification can start with the CAPM Training. Experienced instructors prepare fresh project managers using a combined or blended training model of online classes and a 2-day classroom workshop. At the end of the course, the participants are on their way to a brighter and more exciting project management career.

3. Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification Training Course

The program manager is the professional that oversees multiple related projects to make sure that the bigger picture for the organization is addressed. This credential from the PMI can be attained with the help of Simplilearn’s expert instructors given as a 3-day classroom. Participants can expect more chances to showcase their great skills and greater responsibilities at the end of the course.

4. Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) Certification Training Course

Some projects are so complex that a specialized risk manager is involved aside from the project manager. For those who want to strengthen their experience and role as risk managers, the RMP Certification training course allows them to have a PMI credential and establish their competency in identifying, assessing, and managing risks in projects, while also taking advantage of opportunities.

5. Agile Certified Practitioner Certification (PMI-ACP) Training Course

Since the Agile Alliance Manifesto, agile principles, processes, tools and techniques have become more recognized and practiced, especially in the software development industry. This PMI-offered training course helps enhance a project manager’s skills in project planning and implementation using agile practices and methodology.

6. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Training Course

The Scrum Master is a specialized project manager working on a specific agile methodology called the scrum framework. Although initially used for software development, the scrum framework can work with just about any project that will produce a product. The course includes a 2-day training workshop by certified Scrum trainers and access to moderated discussion forums with past participants.

7. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Training Course

This course introduces the participants to scrum terminology, principles, and practices, which then prepares them to fulfill the role of the Scrum Product Owner, who creates the prioritized wish list at the start of the project. Simplilearn offers a 2-day classroom training provided by experienced certified Scrum trainers. After the course, participants will be able to manage stakeholder expectations, ROI, and the overall business value of the project.

8. Professional Agile and Scrum Master Training Course

The practicality of agile methodologies together with the focus and speed of scrum practices bring about a unique skill set that can be obtained from a combined Agile and Scrum Master training course. Although ideally suited for project managers and professionals in the software development industry, this 2-day training course can be beneficial to any project leader in any industry that puts emphasis on efficiency, fast rate of output, and continuous improvement.

9. Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Certification Training Course

The 2 levels of PRINCE2 Certification are PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner exams. These certifications are highly demanded internationally and are a de facto standard for projects with the UK government. PRINCE2 is known for maintaining high level of project work consistency and placing control mechanisms that effectively monitor progress of the project. Simplilearn as an accredited training office (ATO) by APMG, offers a blended training model of online classes and a 4-day classroom training.

10. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Training Course

The MSP Certification Training Course accredited by APMG also has two levels, the foundation and the practitioner course. Simplilearn offers a 100% online course that includes 12 audio-video lessons covering all areas that will enable the participant to be introduced and confidently apply program management principles and processes to the business. The course includes round-the-clock customer support via chat, email, and phone, and access to MSP forums.

Hey there I am so glad I found your site, I really found you by accident, while I was researching on Aol for something else, Anyhow I am here now and would just like to say thanks for a tremendous post and a all round thrilling blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to read through it all at the minute but I have book-marked it and also added in your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a lot more, Please do keep up the fantastic work.

CELTEM Learning Consultants and Faculty members have decades of experience in the “trenches” of Project Management, and have gained invaluable insights into what works and what doesn’t, be it large-scale global delivery based IT services projects, transition project for a BPO, software product development, pre-sales activities or account management.

Be Careful to use Simplilearn as the information is less than stellar. The Pass guarantee is almost impossible to get. The fine print of 80% on 3 tests is nearly impossible. Many do not pass after the class and almost all do not receive a refund. Formulas are incorrect in the training material.

Do you have an alternate suggestion of training that is more appropriate and successful? I was looking at the salesforce certification course but after reading all the horror stories from those who’ve used simlilearn, I’m waving off. Thanks.

      • Krish P says:

Grant….why would you take up the actual exam, if you have not score 80% in simplilearn free test. They clearly advise not to take real exam, unless you pass their simulation exam. Dont try to confuse people.

There is no magic bullet, if you cant score 80% in their test…how will you pass the exam? Go and complete the studies and than take up the exam.

There are far better alternatives out there that offer much more at the same price range.
I bought the simplilearn online videos and mock exams because I wanted the mock exams – 4 exams in the PMP course at a great price.
The videos are really really bad – they sound as though they are being narrated by a software package, like dragon naturally, except there was nothing natural about the presentation.

I then entered a competition on there community forums and won a course of my choice – I was over the moon and chose classroom training in Prince2. 3 days before my course I have been chasing them up to get a venue address and instead I receive an email:

“As our company has gone through a major strategic change we now are inclined towards online self-learning and online classroom sessions. I sincerely apologies to all the inconvenience caused to you. Please find the other options for Prince2 training.” Now I can sympathise and understand what Cotswold 4 and Judith had to say, this is a bait and swithch.

I was offered – instead of 9-5 classroom training – online classroom with: “Instructor Led On-line Training gives you the opportunity to attend live training sessions from your home or office. We use modern Cisco WebEx tool for these sessions so that you can attend the training using your PC, Laptop, Tablets or Smartphones.” at the wonderful times (local time) of Time: 00:30 – 03:30 or Time: 21:00 – 01:00

BUT – here is the kicker – their website is still advertising the course I am meant to be going on and still advertising classroom traiing for next month……

I am just pleased that I didnt pay for this – but I have booked annual leave from work and organised my life around attending this course……Please – Please – Please save your money and look elsewhere
