VIDEO: Notion Trello Integration Part 1

Transcription

hello project managers it's time for another tutorial and this time I thought we would check out notion more specifically how to add the Trello integration this integration syncs information between the two apps so users can view any update in a Trello card from within notion it also lets users import Trello boards into notion and quickly open specific boards and cards with quick links now I don't have time to go over all of that so in splitting up this tutorial into two videos and part one will cover the two ways you can add and set up the integration let's hop in first up is the good old search and add method to add the Trello integration go to the notion integration Gallery page and search for Trello when the Trello box appears select it to proceed with the integration next click the add to notion button on the upper right side to continue you'll then need to log into your Trello or atlassian accounts after that notion will inform users of what it means to integrate the two applications once you read that go ahead and click allow which will give notion access to your Trello account so that's one way you can add the Trello integration the second option is to go to the notion app and add it there the outcomes are the same in that you're giving notion permission to access your Trello account but the path there is different while on any notion page go to the left side navigation menu and select settings and members then hit my connections from the slide navigation to show the different ways to connect and manage connections with other apps click the show all link to see the other app connections including the one for Trello under Trello click the connect link to proceed with the integration you will be prompted to log into your Trello account once you approve access the notion app will successfully be connected to Trello and that's the end of part one if you want to know how to utilize trello's features in notion then be sure to watch part 2 when it releases until then don't forget to click the like icon hit the Subscribe button and check out project dashmanagement.com for other PM Solutions thanks for watching
