On the front end, users can standardize the sales and quoting process with custom workflows and notifications. Once a sale is made, the quote info feeds directly into the project and users can then plan, track, and deliver the project accordingly.

Lastly, Accelo can help generate a detailed, customizable invoice once the project has been completed. Accelo has two plans available per month, per user, and per product. The major features are included in the Plus plan while the Premium plan includes additions like resource management, rules & triggers, a client portal, and enhanced security. The individual products users can choose from are Sales & Quotes, Projects, Tickets, Retainers, Billing, and Reports.

Accelo Retainer is built specifically to manage recurring client work, allowing users to expand one-off projects into repeatable opportunities. Accelo’s Billing integrated process syncs timesheets, materials, and budgets to ensure that billing does not occur in a vacuum and matches with the actual work that has been completed. Lastly, Accelo Reporting has a library of turn-key, out of the box reports and dashboards available for users to use immediately, or to tweak to fit their business’ specific needs.
