Course Objectives and Learnings
By the end of Mastering Agile Project Management course, students would have listened to 17 video lectures of about 3 hours of content. They would have developed an objective understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of traditional and Agile approach to project management and would be able to combine them in the right proportions. Curriculum/Chapters
Mastering Agile Project Management is divided into 6 sections. The first section is a 5-minute introduction where the author introduces himself and provides a summary of the objectives to be achieved. He also mentions a free 30-minute course he also developed and available in Udemy as a great prerequisite for this course. Section 2 discusses how to choose the right approach as well as tries to describe and explain the present PM environment. After every topic, there is a short quiz of at least 5 questions to help drive the lessons learned. Section 3 provides video lectures about the important shifts in thinking, while Section 4 discusses at length the critical Agile PM knowledge and skills, such as Kanban, Flow and the Theory of Constraints. Section 5 provides more video lectures about Agile PM roles and case studies, and Section 6 closes with an overall summary and other resources to help.
