Zenkit is a collaborative project management tool that people can use to manage their data throughout the entire project lifecycle. It is a centralized online workspace for users to organize their ideas, projects and business. It has a combination of tools that allow its users to start where they are, but also allow them to switch to other built-in tools when the need arises. Thus, it is a platform that interconnects all the user’s data, whether it is in the form of tasks, contacts, bugs, invoice or product.

  • Flexible and Powerful Features: Zenkit is a complete database system behind an intuitive user interface. Users can create a custom relational database that is easy to use. It has custom fields to track any work item or resource. Users can search for anything with its advanced filters, then save their favorite ones. Users can select multiple items then apply bulk actions such as add, remove or replace. They can use aggregations, formulas and references, which are more powerful than links. Users can also attach multiple files, images or videos to a card.
  • Multiple Views: Users can start with a simple list view to write their ideas, break work into simpler tasks or to prioritize items. They can also create a collection (board) and then use the Kanban view to get an instant overview. It has powerful Kanban board features such as regrouping, member-based view, 2D, and more. For more flexibility, users can use the table view and manipulate data as in a spreadsheet. In addition, users can also choose a calendar view for checking schedules and due dates. The mind map view is effective for brainstorming, while the analytics view and a Gantt chart view are forthcoming.
  • Data Import and Export, Integrations, API and more: Zenkit project management software also has a feature to import board from Trello, Excel, Google Sheets or Microsoft Access. On the other hand, users can also export a collection into a CSV file or for printing. Through integrations, they can connect to their Trello account as well as file storage apps such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box. Users can make use of Zapier and use the PM app to trigger other apps. An API key is available to connect it to other services. Mobile apps are still being developed.

Pricing

Zenkit offers a freemium pricing model. The free Personal plan includes for up to 2000 items per collection, 1 GB of attachment space and a workspace that can be shared to a maximum of 5 members. The Plus plan at $9 per user per month billed annually includes for higher number of items, attachment space, maximum of 20 members, customization and early access to new features. The Business and Enterprise plans are higher premium packages with more features, priority support and other exclusive services.
