Wrike Star Feature Identifies Priority Work and Conversations

The split screen in the Inbox enables users to get work done faster. With a list of starred conversations on the left screen, they can quickly take the needed action using the right screen.

An Improved Inbox Filter

The Wrike Inbox is a valuable monitoring tool. It helps users keep track of important work updates. With the additional Starred and Sent sections, they are able to filter notifications and find what they are looking for in less time. Under the Starred section, starred items are organized, which represents all the users’ urgent work needing action. Also, users are able to scan quickly at @mentions, under Incoming for new notifications, and under Sent for those they have responded. Responding to @mentions is also easier with the Inbox’s split screen. They can go through all @mentions and quickly add comments on the right screen.

Centralize Work Conversations

Communication is key in delivering projects of value. Therefore, tools that facilitate communication help support project success. The online PM app integrates email and instant messaging conversations, and allows users to align them to related projects and tasks. Also, they are able to track changes from conversations and comments that are easily accessible. Other tools are also available to help them subscribe to notifications resulting from file, assignee, schedule and status changes for complete history and accountability.
