Sarel Dercksen is the lead cost control officer for a global engineering, project delivery, and operations management group with headquarters in Perth, Australia. With 4500 staff located in 17 offices around the world working in excess of 150 projects a year, managing its financials has become inefficient and cumbersome. Dercksen and other key stakeholders looked for a single-platform timesheet management solution that the company can use across all locations. It also needed to integrate with HR, ERP, data warehouse, and payroll.

The company chose Upland PSA for its perfect fit in meeting the requirements. It integrates fully with the other applications, providing efficient data transfer between systems. Using timesheet templates, it is able to centralize, automate, and standardize information capture needed to manage revenue. The company now has a unified system that provides a single up-to-date view, which saves employees hours of manual work every month.
