Project Planning and Management

Sciforma project planning and management software enables project managers to create work breakdown structures and allocate tasks. It limits the use of multiple desktop tools and information silos, providing a complete set of features in a single platform. From an all-in-one Gantt view, users can manage project critical path, labor and cost, item assignments, financial transactions, deliverables, and risks. It also has resource allocation and management functionality, and resource scheduling and tracking. Users can easily generate regularly scheduled and on-demand status reports.

Portfolio Ranking and Simulation

Sciforma provides a portfolio status overview that allows users to analyze and assess portfolio performance in real time. Users can simulate, select, execute, and monitor projects with Sciforma portfolio and program management features. The software provides multiple criteria for comparing and ranking submitted projects, allowing users to assess ideas along ongoing projects. It has what-if analysis of multiple scenarios across a portfolio to show the impact of projects on workload, budget, and cash flow. Notably, users can drill down to the task level while simulating a scenario.

Integrated PPM allows the management of blended agile and waterfall methods in a single project.
