It is also important to note that the process of exam taking begins with registering with PMI .org website. Test takers need to create their profile and submit in advance. PMI requires, verifying exam takers education and professional background and once eligibility criterion is verified, users are verified that they can make the payment and book their exam. The exam needs to be taken within a year of registering for the exam and making the payment to PMI.
The nice thing is that if you give the exam preparation its due time and review the PMBOK thoroughly and understand the concepts, the processes their inputs and output and where they belong in what process group and knowledge area and their order, the exam itself seems easy. The order of processes is logical and not particularly difficult to recall.
