Nozbe is a task, project and time management application to get things organized and done. It runs on multiple platforms such as the web, Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. Inspired by the Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity method, it aims to help busy people and organizations deal with incoming tasks, prioritization, and project management, with the end result of getting them done quickly and effectively. It is a tool that can be used by an individual or a team, in the office or on the go.

Features, Benefits, Strengths

  • Effective Task, Project and Time Management – Nozbe supports the GTD philosophy that enables users to create and effectively manage tasks and projects in a simple interface. In that same intuitive application, they are also able to set deadlines, categories and responsibilities, allowing them to organize their work. They can quickly add tasks with parameters using #hashtags. Categories and labels can be used to batch and filter work items, so they can look for and focus on crucial things. Tasks with deadlines automatically become priorities. It also handles recurring tasks. They can save processes and procedures as templates, so they do not have to start from scratch every time.
  • Multi-platform Collaboration – This productivity application provides complete user mobility by enabling them to run the application and be productive on any device. It runs with a web browser, and it has desktop applications for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It has native applications for iPhone and iPad, as well as for Android devices. It supports cooperation and collaboration, allowing users to share projects and communicate through tasks with comments and attachments. Push notifications alert people about delegated tasks, @mentions, and due dates. They can also invite people without an account to work with them.
  • Productivity Reports, Support, Integration, and more – Nozbe has Ratio and productivity reports that help track, measure, and gamify both personal and team productivity. The company provides advice, articles and even a book by the founder Michael Sliwinski regarding productivity and customer success. The application integrates with many popular tools, such as Evernote, Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Calendar, OneDrive, and Box.
