The latest Version 5.6 introduces the Kanban Planner with its swim lanes, Kanban cards, and drag-and-drop functionality. This planner provides a highly visualized workflow and work items that allow teams to focus on the prioritized work at hand. Also, work items such as tasks and milestones can now be saved as Fragments and be inserted in new or other projects. This highly modular functionality is a great time saver by eliminating repetitive tasks and instead creating reusable parts.

Essential to this are forms, views and the user interface that enable viewing and managing to be effective. Also, similar fields are grouped together for a cleaner layout and more organized look. The new interface also allows for on-the-fly grouping, sorting, and filtering to easily create personal views.
