It is a CRM system that enables users to track leads, sales and other information essential to close the deal.   • Lead Capture and Sales Tracking – Apptivo CRM has a Leads app that makes use of web forms to collect leads from prospects. It also has an innovative system that collects email information from emails for better lead generation and sales tracking. It can also import CSV formatted files into the system. Other important features include a performance dashboard, win/loss analysis, a sales planning application, and territory management functionality.
  • Customer and Contact Management – This online CRM system allows users to define a company, organization, business or a concern as a customer. It also enables users to easily create a contact from an existing customer record or create a customer from an existing contact information. Users can add leads, contacts or customers to segment data and target a specific list. Duplicating records minimizes dual entry of information and associated risk of errors. Users can also track multiple sites for a single customer, allow export and backup of their information, and manage contacts in one place with a full 360-degree view. They can store an unlimited amount of data and set role based privileges.
  • Customization, Conversion, Integration, Mobile Apps, and more – Apptivo as a business suite allows for customization of apps and fields. An integrated system also allows for easy conversion of an opportunity into a quote, a project, an invoice, and more. The online CRM system also integrates with Google Apps, and syncs with calendars and tasks. The Mobile CRM app is available for the iPhone and Android platforms, allowing users to access real-time data, communicate, log calls, and follow up on activities.

Similar to the PM app or any other apps included in Apptivo, the pricing for its CRM system is the same as with all its products. A free Starter plan includes for up to 3 users, 50+ standard apps, and simple contact sharing. The Premium plan at $8.33 per user per month billed annually includes all features in the Starter plan, with additional unlimited customization, email and payments integration, Google apps integration and access to mobile apps. The Ultimate plan at $20.83 per user per month billed annually includes all features and also 24-hr Mon-Fri phone support and additional storage space. A custom Enterprise plan is also available. The company offers a free 30-day trial period.
