Project and Task Management

Users can easily create a new project in Apollo and use custom and color-coded categories to organize all their projects. Projects can be set as active, silent, or archived. Users can choose the team members and clients who will have access to the project. The tabbed interface allows users to open multiple projects. They can also star favorites for quick access, merge related projects, build plans using Gantt charts, and save time with project templates. Users can assign tasks to multiple team members, or use roles to quickly pick assignees. They can prioritize, subdivide, search, group, sort, and filter from a single interface. The software manages repetitive tasks, adds tasks in bulk, and sends notifications after task completion. It also has task lists, a task inbox, My Tasks, and a milestone view.

Contacts

Apollo lets users manage every contact in its own separate page, complete with contact information, conversation history, coworker notes, important dates, and next tasks assigned. Users can import, export, and merge contacts. They can browse all contacts, track conversations, and create tasks within the contact page. The calendar has a customizable range to adapt to users’ preferred views. It has a color-coded event categories, integrates with many calendar apps, and displays tasks and milestones across projects. Drag-and-drop simplifies re-scheduling. It also supports multiple time zones and recurring events. Apollo software has messaging and discussion tools that support attachments, private message, and people to notify. It also has comment threads, integrates with email apps, and shows image previews. Users can link messages to milestones and create tasks from messages.

Time Tracking, File Management, and More

Interactive timers are always available with the option for manual input. The solution offers time report generation and classification of billable and non-billable hours. Users can download time reports in CSV format. Apollo also has an image proofing tool for annotating images, documents, and PDF files. It lets users upload and categorize files using drag-and-drop with integration to cloud storage apps like Google Drive and Dropbox. Company Info

Apollo is a product of Applicom SRL, an IT company based in Pescara, Italy. It was founded in 2001 by Andrea di Clemente and initially focused on custom software and server installation and maintenance.
